NEWSLETTER MARCH 2024 Next Meeting Wednesday March 6th at 7.45pm in the Sport Pavilion OX49 5BZ Speaker: Ruriko Kojima
This will be a different kind of meeting. Ruriko Kojima will give us a demonstration of Ikebana Flower Arranging. This is a very stylized type of Japanese flower arranging. We will reorganize the seating so we will be able to see better. Also Aurie Anderson has done a course in Ikebana and she has lent us her books on it which will be on display so you can look at them before we start.
Last Meeting Andrew Mikolajski gave us a useful and inspiring talk to us about ‘Hellebores – the botany of these star performers and how to choose grow and propagate them’. It inspired a small group to visit Ashwood Nurseries where they propagate and develop new Hellebore hybrids.
